Jack has a long history of participation in the non-profit world.
In 1985, he formed The JJJ Foundation, Inc., a private family foundation (www.jjjfoundation.org). The JJJ Foundation supports creative and innovative ideas that improve the quality of life in Colorado communities. JJJ works with nonprofits by providing an appropriate mix of creative funding, business expertise, and leadership to help programs that focus primarily on social and community issues, child development and education, youth, family, women’s programs, and the arts. JJJ has a priority for new innovative projects.
With a desire to continue serving the community in a different capacity, he also formed Partners for Human Progress, a private nonprofit organization, in 1998. Partners for Human Progress created and sponsored the Create Kindness Start Today program, which launched in White Plains, New York in 1999. Partners continues its efforts to spread kindness and has developed workshops geared to help others increase happiness, creativity and productivity.
